1. 范围：本许可仅适用于本版本中 qgdr 拥有著作权、且未另行标明许可的
MTreeLab 原创代码、讲义、图谱编排、网页设计、媒体及随项目维护的个人主页
设计。仅授予 qgdr 有权授予的权利；不对第三方作品主张著作权。

2. 许可：允许为非商业的个人学习、教学、研究目的阅读、运行、复制、修改
和分享。分享原版或修改版须保留 qgdr 署名、本许可及原有版权声明，注明修改，
并向接收者提供本许可。不得将修改版表述为 qgdr 的原作或背书。

3. 暂时禁止商用：未经 qgdr 事先书面授权，不得将上述作品或修改版用于
商业用途，包括出售、付费课程或资料、收费服务、商业产品集成、广告变现
及其他以商业利益或报酬为目的的使用。免费提供不自动构成非商业用途。
本许可不授予商业使用权。“暂行”没有自动到期日，后续调整以 qgdr 对

4. 例外与既有权利：第三方库、字体、教材、论文、引用、外部视频及另行
许可的文件遵循各自原有许可和权利声明。本许可不改变这些许可，也不撤回
此前已合法授予的权利。引用、链接或迁入不代表 qgdr 有权再次授权。
详见 THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt 及讲义参考文献。数学事实、思想、方法本身，
以及依法无需许可即可进行的使用不受本许可限制。独立的 xelanguage、旧
MTree 仓库不因本许可改变授权。

5. 保留权利与免责：未明确授予的权利由相应权利人保留。作品按现状提供；
在法律允许的范围内，不提供明示或默示保证，也不对使用造成的损失承担责任。

English terms

1. Scope. This license covers this release's original MTreeLab code, notes,
graph arrangement, design, media and accompanying homepage design, only
where qgdr owns the copyright and no other license is stated. It grants
only rights that qgdr is entitled to grant.

2. Permission. You may read, run, copy, modify and share the covered works
for non-commercial personal learning, teaching and research. When sharing,
retain attribution to qgdr, this license and existing copyright notices;
identify modifications and provide recipients with this license. Do not
misrepresent modified works as qgdr's originals or endorsement.

3. No commercial use. Prior written permission from qgdr is required for
commercial use of the works or modifications, including sales, paid courses
or materials, paid services, commercial product integration, advertising
monetization and other use for commercial benefit or payment. Free access
does not by itself make a use non-commercial. No commercial rights are
granted. The interim restriction has no automatic expiry; later changes
require an explicit license for the applicable release.

4. Exceptions and existing rights. Third-party libraries, fonts, textbooks,
papers, quotations, external videos and separately licensed files retain
their own terms and rights. This license does not override those terms or
revoke rights previously granted. Inclusion or linking is not relicensing.
See THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt and each note's references. No exclusive rights
are claimed over mathematical facts, ideas or methods. Statutory exceptions
and uses not requiring permission remain unaffected. The independent
xelanguage and legacy MTree repositories are unaffected.

5. Reservation and disclaimer. All rights not expressly granted remain
with their respective owners. The works are provided as is, without any
express or implied warranty or liability, to the extent permitted by law.
